Combien coûte le home staging virtuel ?
Quatre outils, relevés le 25 septembre 2026 sur leurs propres pages de tarifs. Le prix affiché ne dit rien : ce qui compte, c'est le prix de la photo livrée.

Les montants de Virtual Staging AI sont en dollars et restent en dollars : convertir au taux du jour donnerait un chiffre qui change chaque matin, donc un chiffre faux. Un crédit Pedra vaut une image meublée ; un plan d'étage en consomme deux.
Le piège du prix affiché
Une page de tarifs met en avant le nombre le plus bas. Pedra affiche 29 €, Roomstill 49 €, et la comparaison semble faite. Elle ne l'est pas : 29 € achètent 100 images, 49 € en achètent 300.
À quantité égale (300 photos par mois, soit une dizaine d'annonces), la facture est de 75 € chez Pedra et de 49 € chez Roomstill. Le prix affiché est plus haut de 20 €, la dépense réelle est plus basse de 26 €.
Lequel choisir, selon ce que tu fais
Il n'y a pas de meilleur outil dans l'absolu ; il y a un meilleur outil pour un volume et un besoin. Voici la réponse honnête, y compris quand ce n'est pas nous.
- Moins de quatre annonces par mois. Un abonnement est une dépense qui continue quand l'usage s'arrête. Nos packs à 7,99 € et 17,99 € se paient une fois. Personne d'autre ne vend sans abonnement sur ce marché.
- Dix annonces et plus par mois. À 300 photos, la facture est de 49 € chez nous contre 75 € chez Pedra. C'est là que l'écart se creuse.
- Tu as besoin de plans d'étage ou d'une API. Prends Pedra. Les deux sont inclus dès leur formule Pro, et nous ne les faisons pas.
- Tu veux essayer sans rien installer ni créer de compte. Virtual Staging AI le permet, et nous aussi : un rendu gratuit par jour et par appareil, filigrané, sans carte.
- Une seule photo, et elle doit être irréprochable. Prends BoxBrownie. Une personne fait le travail et recommence si ça ne va pas. À 30 € l'image c'est cher pour un catalogue, et juste pour une photo qui compte.
- Tes photos doivent partir en règle sur un portail. C'est notre cas, et c'est le seul point où nous n'avons pas de concurrent : chaque téléchargement rend la photo de l'état réel et le rendu portant sa mention incrustée.
Où les autres sont meilleurs
BoxBrownie ne vend pas la même chose. Une personne fait le travail, et recommence si le résultat ne convient pas. À 30 € l'image, c'est cher pour un catalogue et honnête pour une photo unique qui doit être irréprochable.
Pedra rend des plans d'étage et donne accès à une API dès sa formule Pro. Roomstill ne fait ni l'un ni l'autre aujourd'hui.
Virtual Staging AI laisse essayer sans créer de compte et annonce dix secondes de traitement. Sa grille punit les petits volumes (2,67 $ la photo sur l'entrée de gamme), mais son offre haute est solide.
Ce que personne d'autre ne vend
Le paiement unique. Pedra, Virtual Staging AI et ReimagineHome ne vendent que de l'abonnement. Pour un agent qui publie trois annonces par mois, 17,99 € payés une fois couvrent 150 rendus sans rien à résilier.
Les deux fichiers. Chaque téléchargement rend la photo de l'état réel de la pièce et le rendu portant sa mention légale incrustée dans les pixels. C'est ce que réclament les directives techniques de Rightmove, et l'article 50 du règlement européen sur l'IA s'applique depuis le 2 août 2026.
Le bâti qui ne bouge pas. Murs, fenêtres, portes, cadrage : identiques. Ce n'est pas une case à cocher, c'est dans toutes les consignes envoyées au moteur.

How much does virtual staging cost?
Four tools, read on 25 September 2026 from their own pricing pages. The headline price tells you nothing. The price of a delivered photo does.

Virtual Staging AI's figures are in dollars and stay in dollars: converting at today's rate would produce a number that changes every morning, which is a number that is wrong. One Pedra credit buys one staged image; a floor plan costs two.
The headline-price trap
A pricing page leads with its smallest number. Pedra shows €29, Roomstill shows €49, and the comparison looks settled. It is not: €29 buys 100 images, €49 buys 300.
At the same quantity (300 photos a month, roughly ten listings), the bill is €75 at Pedra and €49 at Roomstill. The headline is €20 higher; the spend is €26 lower.
Which one to choose, depending on what you do
There is no best tool in the abstract; there is a best tool for a volume and a need. Here is the honest answer, including when it is not us.
- Fewer than four listings a month. A subscription keeps costing when the use stops. Our packs at €7.99 and €17.99 are paid once. Nobody else sells without a subscription in this market.
- Ten listings a month or more. At 300 photos the bill is €49 with us against €75 at Pedra. That is where the gap opens.
- You need floor plans or an API. Take Pedra. Both are included from their Pro plan, and we do neither.
- You want to try without installing anything or creating an account. Virtual Staging AI allows it, and so do we: one free render a day per device, watermarked, no card.
- One photo, and it has to be flawless. Take BoxBrownie. A person does the work and redoes it if you are not happy. At €21 an image that is expensive for a catalogue, and fair for the one photo that matters.
- Your photos have to go out compliant on a portal. That is our case, and the one point where we have no competitor: every download returns the photo of the real state and the render carrying its disclosure burned in.
Where the others are better
BoxBrownie is not selling the same thing. A person does the work and redoes it if you are not happy. At €21 an image that is expensive for a catalogue and fair for one photo that has to be perfect.
Pedra renders floor plans and includes API access from its Pro plan. Roomstill does neither today.
Virtual Staging AI lets you try without an account and advertises a ten-second turnaround. Its ladder punishes small volumes ($2.67 a photo at the entry level), but the top plan is solid.
What nobody else sells
A one-off payment. Pedra, Virtual Staging AI and ReimagineHome sell subscriptions only. For an agent publishing three listings a month, €17.99 paid once covers 150 renders with nothing to cancel.
Two files. Every download gives you the untouched photo of the room's real state and the render carrying its AI disclosure burned into the pixels. Rightmove's technical guidelines ask for both, and article 50 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 August 2026.
Structure that does not move. Walls, windows, doors, framing: identical. It is not a checkbox, it is in every prompt sent to the engine.
